They spent little time diagnosing our problem, and instead tried to up-sell us on a whole new electrical system. The technician had on his tablet a real estate site showing the value of our house, and looked embarrassed when he noticed that I saw it. Our breaker was repeatedly tripping. The electrician told us we need a new electrical panel for $2k but they really recommend a whole new electrical feed for $6k plus another $1k for new smoke detectors. We said we'd consider that, but after the pandemic. He replaced the breaker for $250. That did nothing and when they came back they said it couldn't be fixed and reiterated that we need a whole new system. We hired another electrician who found that we had a short on an outside light on that circuit. Not only was the new electrical system not necessary, but it also would not have fixed the problem.

Jesse Sams arrived early and was very friendly and efficient. He performed a diagnostic test of the circuit and quickly determined the problem. He also checked other outlets to be sure they were working properly. I have very old two ceiling fans that are not working properly on my upstairs screened-in porch, and he confirmed that it was not an electrical issue - they just need to be replaced. Jesse explained the repair process, and showed me how to reset the GFCI outlets, if they trip. He also educated me on what would possibly cause the outlets to trip. (He also quizzed me afterward to be sure I knew!) I am very pleased with the work he did, and highly recommend Jesse and this company.

It went great, they were on time and very professional. They explained what they were doing and that the power would be out between 4-6 hours. Work went well and when done checked power in every room and all major appliances.
