I was really happy with them. I just wanted someone I could rely upon and trust. I would use them again.

Tech came out and as this was the first time I had to get the tank pumped I had no idea where it was. He looked in all the usual places it should have been and it couldn't be located. He called the company and they called the county to get the location of the pump out area. It turned out the be on the side of the house. Tech then dug the hole and removed the cap and pumped out the tank. While he was doing all this I asked him many questions and he was very helpful in explaining the answers. (I now feel like and expert) We only found one item in the tank that shouldn't have been there so I feel pretty good about how we have been taking care of the septic system. Thanks Jason, you deserve a raise.

I set an appointment time for their convenience and no one showed up or called. I have a big septic job to be done so I guess they won't be doing it.

Great. Took longer than expected because I did not know the location of the second tank and the men had to dig manually.

Hamby's is very professional and worked surprisingly quickly. Their customer service is awesome and they even came back to make sure all was well and we were satisfied. We have had no septic troubles since the work was done.
