Items listed are my thoughts/opinons 1. Numerous delays in starting project 2. Project took less time(less than 1½ days versus 2-3 days estimated) 3. Scope of project modified in that limited grading was done to level yard. 4. When company was informed that items in estimate, such as fill dirt, dumpster not on site, only half of estimated sod used, they added additional cost to essentially offset savings from estimated items not done. 5. Slight damage to retaining wall took over 3 months for them to correct. 6. Despite my frequent/regular watering of sod, it appears to have either died or went dormant during warm growing season
