They charged me reasonably.  There was nothing that I didn't like.  Everything was okay.  I liked the price that they charged and I liked the work that they did on my car.  They were prompt and they did the work that they said they would do.  They charged me the price that they said they were going to charge and I was satisfied with the work.  The price was fair.  I have no complaints on punctuality.

I went on a recommendation for service on my 25 year old pick up truck. I had been going to a local dealership when the service manager generally suggested that I should stop getting ripped off by them and go here to get service. I went to get some basic service done and to fix a minor error that caused my truck to fail emissions; in its last year required.The office is a zoo, literally filled with bird and bird feces from the owner's pet screeching bird(s). But while sitting there waiting for them to do the work which they started on, I could see that they had a constant and faithful clientele. On occasion, I could tell that the owner and daughter, were making the best suggestions for the owners and not just fixing things to get paid.They made the fix I needed and I went to get the emmission test. While I was getting the test, my water pump failed and I barely managed to get back while spewing coolant everywhere. It took the rest of the day but they fixed that as well and I passed the testing. 
I listed this as a No, for use again, simply because I found another great company right around the corner from where I live. If you don't mind the horrible office, the work is good.

They have always done a good job with our cars. They are a good service and they are very friendly.
