+ -1 moreThere were some things that weren't up to code and you don't have to make them up to code. But I want to get them all fixed and am in the process of doing it. I think he was thorough and helpful in telling me the things that need to be done and the things that could be but aren't terribly urgent. Education was good.
Description of Work: Pre-sale whole house inspection.
