I've been hiring Dan exclusively for the past 7 years to steam clean the carpets in my home. He's always punctual, courteous and personable and does a terrific job every time. On occasion, I've requested additional treatment be performed in a few of the rooms of my house because of my pets, which he always does without charging me extra. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan's services to anyone!

He was horrible. I think it is a franchise and he owns it. He said he would come on a Friday and he called and said that he was in another part of town or something and that he would not be able to get to my house at the time he said he would, which I had waited all Friday for him to come. He did call me. All of a sudden he showed up at my door on Monday and said that I had asked him to come on Monday which I did not. He said he wouldn't touch the furniture that I wanted him to clean because he wasn't sure if he could do it and things like that. He came on a day that he said I had recommended which was not true. He is not supposed to call his customer a liar. He was very obnoxious. He insulted me and insulted my furniture, so I didn't want him to clean it and I asked him to leave. I would not recommend him to others and would not use him again in the future.
