+ -1 moreTook forever for him to do the job. Never knew when he would come to do the job. Left hand marks all over the walls. Never provided cost estimate. Never did the full work asked to do. Charged me way too much for the work he actually did perform. Put in screen door and did an awful job...a mess of left over items that he never threw away after each visit.
Description of Work: Never wrote up an estimate of work and price. Did not come on time and took forever to do the poor job. Came in spurts. Put hands on walls to cause black marks. Never placed his work items in garbage after doing the job. Must have ADHD for he could never remember anything told to him. Had to write everything down and never did all the work asked to do....WAY overpriced!: example:carry 6 light weight boxes to attic...charged $50. Never did this work of installing metal drip on top of roof near front porch but charged $25. Broke outside water pipe. Charged $25 to put in three very small bushes in ground. He was a mess of a worker so unprofessional and confused. Came into my office with a friend to get his final check with my boss standing outside of office. Please find someone more competent to do your work. His work ethic is awful!
