The same person comes every month to spray. If I ever see anything they will come back to spray again with no charge. The tech is always professional and courteous . They are always able to come around my schedule.

Our previous Termite Control service was providing less than quality service and was not completing our annual Termite activity  inspections as promised.  We were paying an annual fee to have our home inspected and retreated in the event that any termite activity was found.  They kept increasing the cost of our maintenance agreement . Then they said they had inspected our home and I know no one had come to my house because I was home.. So they had basically lied to be about providing my service. We live in the south and termites are a real problem here.  We have had several friends who experienced termite infestation.  You have to have your home treated and inspected annually for your protection.  
Anyway, we were so unhappy with our previous service provider, I decided to change companies.  The owner's daughter came to our home to measure and inspect and provided us with a written quote for our treatment. She educated me about termites and explained in detail what the technician would do when retreating our home.  We had our home retreated and now we pay an annual fee for annual inspections and a termite certificate.  Great Southern provided excellent service and all their staff were very professional and friendly.   They offer a military discount so the price was much more affordable than I had anticipated. They let me pay in three payments which helped with my budget.  The cost of our annual maintenance program is much more reasonable than what I was paying before and they guaranteed the cost would not increase for at least 10 years.  We told them when we were ready to have our home retreated and they arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame promised.  They cleaned up after they finished.  The owner stopped by a few days later to check the work and to make sure we were happy.  We have our annual maintenance contract with them and I am very happy with the service they provide.  I highly recommend Great Southern.

They normally send the same guy every month. He is very efficient. He listens to what I have to say. He is in, and out of my home before I even realize it.
