Waylon provided outstanding service. He only charged me $120.00 for the service call and 4lbs or R22 freon. The two others wanted $60.00 - 85.00 per pound!!!

called a week later asking about part and when they would be back. said part had not come in yet, but would not be back because
house was not clean enough for them to work in. I have 5 dogs and they think they will get sick if they  come inside to work.
bunch of slackers. have not gotten bill for the only visit.

From start it appeared as though that all things were working with the A/C so the company was paid in full for all their service and equipment. Upon further review of the work the owner identified an issue in one of the rooms in the house and called for the company to fix the issue. The company said they would return to fix the problem but once they didn't arrive on the agreed date at the agreed time the owner called to asked why they hadn't heard from the company. The representative who answered the company's phone was rude, hung up the phone, and rather than complete the job to a quality standard told the owner to hire someone else to fix the problem. Totally regret calling this company. Not professionals in my opinion.

Showed up within an hour of calling and not only told us, but showed us what was wrong with the system. Returned with the parts in the time frame he said he would, (an hour) and was very friendly and professional. I'm gonna keep them as my go-to company for A/C service!

Great. Good service, prompt and efficient.

Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, removed the defective motor, returned punctually that afternoon and installed the replacement motor. Had AC that afternoon.
