Office staff were friendly and the appointment was easy to make, they were even able to accommodate a last minute request for the following morning. The technician (Jerry) was on-time, very friendly and professional, and did a great job. The carpets in all three rooms were stained and dirty and now they look almost brand new. I will definetley call Fred's next time.

Entire transaction was handled over the telephone. I was in South Florida but when I returned to Ludowici, GA I found that they had done a GREAT job. Will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Fred's on Monday and they granted me an appointment on that Tuesday afternoon. The technician was on time, surveyed the areas needed to be cleaned, and treated the high traffic areas with some pleasant scented chemical. The cleaning took him only one hour.
