I have had an amazing experience with Elaine Boggs Realty. They managed my rental property for 9 years. The rental department was always prompt with contacting me for repairs and updates on repairs. Then a couple months ago when I contacted Elaine about selling my property, she was busy at work getting my rental property sold. We just closed about a week ago. Thank you so much for the excellent service your company has provided me over the years.

I have a rental home located in Midway, GA. Living hours away from my property, I have entrusted Elaine Boggs Realty Group located in Hinesville, GA, to manage my property since 2012. EBRG has worked **** ** my behalf relieving me of any worries while managing my property. I also would like to send a "special" shoutout to Mrs. Meredith Jones Realtor/Property Finance Manager at EBRG. Mrs. Jones has worked **** ** my behalf with my current tenants. If a problem arises, Mrs. Jones does not hesitate to contact me. When repairs are needed, Mrs. Jones always selects the correct vendors to send out for repairs. So, if you are looking for a management company to oversee your property, I recommend EBRG LLC, a company you can trust.

I used Elaine Boggs Realty Group (EBRG) as my property manager for nearly 4 years. After the first year I was frustrated and ready to do it all myself. It seemed like I was being nickel and dimed for for every little thing. Thankfully I didn't fire EBRG and over the next almost 3 years I learned more about being a landlord and all that is provided from a property manager. I had some not so great tenants at first and then I had some really good tenants. What I came to realize is that sometimes renters can present themselves well initially and then turn out to be terrible renters. That's not the fault of EBRG and in actuality, EBRG does their absolute best to shield the homeowner from having to deal with every little issue that comes up. I would highly recommend EBRG to any homeowner looking for a management company. If you understand all that comes with being a homeowner and landlord, there is no way you could be disappointed with Elaine Boggs and her highly professional team as a property manager. The only reason I am no longer using EBRG is because my family is moving back into our property but I absolutely would use them again in the future if needed.

Highly recommend Elaine Boggs Realty Group to manage rental properties as they seem to attract a better quality tenant. They hold tenants to higher cleanliness standards on final inspections and ultimately help to keep the home in it's best condition to retain value. They are always friendly and knowledgeable to speak with, however their new online system of tracking rental properties has many issues (propertyware).

It was a GREAT end to a rocky start! I am so sad to be leaving now that things are getting taken care of! They are a wonderful group and extremely accommodating. I also had heard something about them being blacklisted which scared me because I didn't want my husband getting in trouble so I went to JAG and they said that they are not blacklisted, they have never been blacklisted. So basically gossipy bored housewives are spreading the rumors. I am living proof that they are NOT BLACKLISTED! Thank you Elaine for all your help and should the army decide to send my family back to Fort Stewart you will be the only one I would ever rent from!!

Elaine is really a wonderful person to work with. She knows the Real Estate business and
goes out of her way to assist and accommodate her clients. You tell her what you need done
and it's done. She is always reachable to take your call or return them in a timely manner.
She will explain details, answer any questions you may have and if she is unsure of the
answer she will find out and call you back ASAP.
