Chris Bradley and his wife Robin are the owners of Mountain Man Tile. We contacted them on Jan. 17, 2014, to see if they could repair separating grout from a bathroom renovation that was done in the Spring of 2013. They did not do the original tile work, but were happy to come out the next day to take a look at what the job entailed (came out on a Sunday at no charge). They gave us a price and said they would be back on Monday afternoon to repair the grout. It's now Monday afternoon, they have come and gone, my grout is fixed and they even inspected the rest of the tile and repaired some thin cracks that we hadn't noticed as of yet (at no extra charge). Chris and Robin came in, were professional, courteous, personable, got right to work/finished, cleaned up, and were gone. The grout lines are perfect and I would recommend these young professionals to anyone needing expert tile laying or repair! I only wish they had been involved in the original project instead of Frank Caruso of Warne, NC. If I had known about them, before engaging Frank, I wouldn't have been without a bathroom for a month or had to have someone out within six months of the original job for repairs! We're planning to add another bath and Mountain Man Tile will be tiling my next bath!!!
