Jimmy promptly returned my call and came out the next day to give an estimate. He was booked up for the next two weeks but was able to work me in sooner when another job was completed earlier than expected. Jimmy and his crew arrived on time and were polite and professional. Work was done quickly and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

We have a metal roof and were not aware that the screws and washers must be replaced every ten years due to contraction and expansion.  The rubber washers (that prevent leaking) were coming apart and we experienced a leak.  Jimmy Smith Roofing had put a matching tin roof on a closet addition for us back in the Spring of 2013.  When we called him concerning this leak it was the next day when he came out to inspect the roof on the main house and report his findings.  He gave us a date and time that he would come to do the replacement.  He and his crew showed up on time, prepared to complete the job, set right to work and completed the job in one day!  They cleaned up all the old screws and left everything in good order.  They were profession, non-intrusive and expeditious.  My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased.  We have no reservations in recommending Jimmy and his crew to anyone looking for an expert roofing company.  Because of the supplies used (rubber and metal washers), Jimmy Smith has assured us that this process will never have to be repeated.  Our only regret?  That we didn't know about Jimmy and use his company for the original roof!  Better late than never!
