Called about 5 different providers because Hills was at lunch and no one answered. However when they got back from lunch they responded quickly and a repair person was dispatched within 90 minutes even though, we learned, some of their technicians were on vacation and they were short staffed. None of the other providers either responded or said they could not send anyone out. After 30 minutes the air was back on and the bill was under $200. The young man who made the repair was very polite and knowledgeable. Although my unit is old, he did not try to sell me anything more than I needed and I appreciated that.

Technician was excellent. Arrived on time. Friendly and informative. Repaired air conditioning unit, then identified a circuit breaker that was not resetting properly. Did not have the correct circuit breaker on his truck but quickly located one, obtained it and completed repair. Great customer service.
