With over 15 years experience, we offer services to homeowners as well as to the legal, construction, realty, and insurance industries. We are family owned and operated located in N.E. Georgia servicing Georgia, W. North Carolina, E. Tennessee, and South Carolina.

C.D.I. specializes in the investigation of structural and construction defects. We will identify the problem, cause of the problem, and present you with the repair options available to you. We will review repair bids and even supervise the repair. Our level of involvement is up to you. If conditions require additional testing to conclude our investigation, our network of professionals include Geo-technical engineers, Structural Engineers and Certified Electricians and Plumbers.

C.D.I. works for YOU. We DO NOT conduct repairs of any type or description. We are a knowledgeable third party who can explain what happened to your home and the proper repair for your home while keeping YOUR best interest at heart making sure the repair you buy is the one you need...Not the one someone needs to sell to you.
