We purchased our own tub, tub walls, shower door, toilet, vinyl flooring, and sink and bath/shower faucets. They supplied the permit, vanity top and cabinet, wood, asundry necessities, tools, and labor.
They came on time and coordinated jobs with each other with professionalism. Mr. Hoover was meticulous in explaining what he was doing and why in detail (even when I did not ask for explanations). He was courteous to his employees and to us. I admire a person who treats his employees well. That says a lot about his character.
If something was not done correctly, he had his employees pull it out and redo it--never once raising his voice or talking down to them.
He completely redid our tiny bathroom making it a showplace. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again in the future if the need arises.
