When it came time to install the skylights, they didn't even try to align then up. When I pointed out to the "foreman" that the skylights were about 6 inches crooked, he lowered his sunglasses and looked at me and asked if I were sure. The owner wasn't there. When they agreed to straighten the skylights, the shafts they installed were not flared and the screens could not be removed. The owner showed up with a belt sander intending to sand away one of the roof rafters and a bucket of caulking to fix it. In the end I had to get someone else in to repair the damage and install the shafts as correctly as possible. Within a year both were leaking regularly and messages left with the company went unanswered. I again had to hire someone else to fix their poor workmanship.

The crew arrived just after daybreak as promised and went right to work. They performed the job exactly as promised and completed it in less than one day. All workers on the crew were polite and well mannered. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and hauling off all of the debris.
