We actually used Brenner Inspection Services LLC twice. The first home, we decided not to go through with the purchase due to the findings of the inspection. This saved us a fortune. When I reached out initially to find an inspector for a 91 year old house, he didn’t hesitate to reach out, explain his process and pricing clearly, and make it easy for me to choose his company for the most important purchase decision of my life. Fantastic work by a professional inspector. Like Brian, I am a home inspector but was unavailable to inspect the home I'm buying. So, I did some research and settled on Brian to perform the inspection. I am very happy with his professionalism, attention to detail, and candid comments. I am much more comfortable in my decision to purchase now that Brian inspected and reported on the property. If found Brian via a Google search. Iâ m not originally from the area and this is our first home purchase. Brian was friendly, showed up early and was well prepared. He had no problem answering all of our questions and allowed us to walk the home with him showing us areas of concern. He is an absolute Professional in his knowledge and abilities to inspect homes. He is very thorough and checks everything multiple times to ensure it is correct and was able to detect small flaws that sometimes would be overlooked in an inspection. worked very hard to get my report back to me same day and overnighted results to ensure I had my testing's complete within the small time frame I needed them completed. Very quick to respond and keep you in the loop at all times.
