+ -1 moreThe job was incomplete. He didn't want to clean up his mess. He brought his entire family in the job. He didn't have enough manpower to do the job. Theresa made her own deck. He's asking for an advance, never gave the receipt for the materials that he purchased. Has no invoice. He kept coming. Tommy Newman was very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Refurbished the deck.
