Donna's Tree Service

Very well. Donna and her crew were able to get to the job a couple of days early and wrapped it up quickly.

Tree fell against the house early Monday morning. I called Donna at 8am, 10am she called back with a quote. She said they would be out that night or in the morning to remove the tree. The came Tuesday morning, which was a holiday, and took great care in removing the tree. They helped us move everything off the deck so there would be no damage. They placed sheets of plywood over doors and windows to prevent breakage. Two hours later they were leaving with tree in their truck. They did a great job cleaning up. We have used them twice before and will always use them.

Donna provided an estimate based on her visual survey on Saturday. We agreed it by phone, and she and her team arrived Sunday afternoon. They cut up the fallen tree, removed it all, and even cleaned up the nabor's lawn, trimmed damaged branches, and left us with an almost invisible stump. This was a much larger tree than the first time we hired Donna's Tree Service, and they did just as professional a job as the first time. They brought all the right tools and shredding equipment. The large parts of the tree, about 12 to 14 inches in diameter they loaded into a waiting dumpster. They exceeded my expectations in their speed of execution and tidyness of the site when they left.

One tree down by storm and others diseased. Called several providers. Donna was very responsive, price competitive and arrived for survey on schedule. When delayed to do the service called and explained that previous customers had requested extra work and "we will be there tomorrow or at you convenience." I was going on an extended vacation ....so they worked their schedule to match mine. I also added needs and the price was very reasonable.

What impressed me the most was their professionalism. Donna came out, surveyed the area and gave us an estimate right there. When we called them out to do the work, they were on time and worked all day. They may have taken a lunch break, I am not sure because every time I looked out of the window, they were hard at work. Once they completed the job they got up all of the debris and used the leaf blower to make the area look well groomed. I give their quality of work an A+.

I contacted Donna initially for an estimate. A few days later she was able to come by and left the estimate which, based on another estimate I had received, was VERY reasonable. I arranged for them to do the work. Her crew showed up when expected, performed the job quickly, and did an excellent clean-up job. No complaints from me.
