the crew did an excellent job they were very professional and courteous there was aminor issue that needed to be corrected and my first review was not a favorable review because of that minor issue it was basically a lack of communication it has been resolved thanks to the owner i would definitely recommend this company to anyone i have future projects that i plan on hiring them to do i am totally satisfied i retract the unfavorable review i give them an a plus and look foward to working with them in the future

Property 1 is a small rental property. My son Scott oversaw the work and said everything went well from the time Scott Covey arrived with his crew David and Victor. They worked efficiently to provide the work needed as well as tending to a extras that needed attention - trimming a few tree branches that were lying on the roof and making minor repairs to the gutters. Cost $145.00. Property 2 is primary my residence - main house and garage building/carriage house. I oversaw this project along with my husband who is elderly. Scott Covey was so personable and kind and respectful when speaking with my husband. David and Victor went right to work. They detected a few problems here as well and secured one gutter and soffit for no extra charge. They exceeded our expectations. Cost $195.00 Thank you Pro Gutter Systems!

It is not a full gutter system replacement job but Pro Gutter Systems is willing to provide the service. I am thankful for that. The crew took proper time. The quality of the job is solid, which is the most important aspect of delivering for a customer. They also made a recommendation of something I did not think of, i.e. add another down sprout above the garage roof which will help direct water flow and should have been there by a thoughtful builder to begin with but was not.

Scott came out on the Monday afternoon and gave me an estimate for the job. He was very professional (and friendly I might add), had a color palette from which I could chose the color and provided me with a written estimate on the spot. The price was $150 lower than any other estimate received and some $700 lower than Home Depot. We are talking apples for apples as the materials were the same, down to the color. I called Scott on Tuesday after consulting with the wife and he said he could do the job on Thursday depending on the weather situation. He called me the following day and scheduled for Thursday. The work crew called before they arrived Thursday morning to let me know the timing, were courteous, professional and knocked out the job before I knew it. Scott arrived about 15 minutes before they were finished, took me through an inspection of the completed job and made certain everything was properly done and that I was totally satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome job! Ownership and crew simply amazing. Our house looks new again. Will hire and recommend them again to family, friends and neighbors. Even repaired water damage under existing gutters. Remove and installed 500 linear Feet of 6 inch gutters.

They were very responsive when we called to request a quote on the job. They arrived on time when they came to replace our gutters. When the work was complete, the crew cleaned up and we couldn't even tell they had been here. When we had a concern about the location of a downspout, Scott came out to look at it and he's moving it to a different location at no extra cost. Overall, a great company with great customer service. We are very pleased.

It was a seamless experience. We contacted Scott and his team on a Monday. His team performed an inspection and provided a written estimate that day. We explained that we needed the work completed this week (closing on a home). The team understood the urgency and completed the work within 24 hours. The work is guaranteed for a year. In Oct/Nov 2015 I had ProGutter Systems install new gutters and downspouts on my home. Almost immediately they began to leak on the back two corners of my home. I contacted Scott with ProGutter Systems and he promised to take care of the situation. I have numerous texts, calls, and pictures of the same leaks that I have seen since shortly after the gutters were installed. Scott always told me that he "would come next week to look at them" or make up some excuse how busy they were. I was too patient with him as I never demanded them to be repaired or refunded my money. I believed in the good of people and the word of another. My last communication with Scott as last month when I was finally shown his true self and the integrity of his company. His text to me was "... to blaming him for my problems..." and to "... never contact him again...". I was absolutely shocked by his attitude and lack of professionalism. To this day my gutters still leak in the exact same 2 spots as they always have and I have pictures, texts and phone logs to stand behind my case. Living in a small town it is sad that you truly cannot trust another to do the right thing and stand behind your work. Because of this experience, I now go with big box retailers because at least I have some recourse when a job is not completed but with a small business you have none. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Atlanta seeking resolution and yet, he still denies responsibility. Very disappointed and sad....

Scott and his team were reliable and prompt in their scheduling. After we accepted his bid we were scheduled for the work. On day one, all the old gutters were removed. The following day, the whole house was pressure washed by a company he recommended with whom we were well pleased. After the washing his team installed new gutters and a couple of additional downspouts. The team was efficient, careful with my plants and cleaned up completely. After 5 months, we are still extremely happy with the performance of the gutters and the aesthetic improvement to our house. We would definitely contact him again should we need his services.

I called Pro Gutter Systems and Scott, the owner, answered. He was kind and prompt and came to my house the same day to assess the problem. He told me he agreed that I didn't need new gutters and came back the next morning with the part and fixed my gutter. He was at my house for about 30 minutes. He told me he felt bad charging me what he did (which was NOTHING compared with what I'd been quoted from the other companies) but I understood and felt no issue with paying him for his time, the part and the fact that he was willing to come to my rescue, so to speak, since the skies opened up and poured for days after he fixed my problem. He kept us from having to spend more money to replace the gutter if it had fallen off the house. I paid him for his service and will definitely be calling Pro Gutter Systems when we need gutters. I've already passed his information on to my neighbors.
