The owner sets the tone for his employees. I set up an appointment to have my AC serviced... needed a capaciter. They quoted me one price on the phone. They came to my home and the price increased by $100. When I called the company and spoke with the owner, he was rude and seemed upset that I questioned the cost. There was no real explanation of the price change. When i called, I was told that if we allowed them to service our AC, the cost of diagnostic would be included in the cost of the repair without an extra fee and if we did not allow them to fix the AC it would be a $95 charge. They charge $200 for the repair. It took 10 minutes and the part was less than $15. I want to deal with honest companies that tell the truth. They were not truthful and I probably would have chosen a different company to fix the issue, if they told me upfront about the correct prices.

It could not have been better! The service tech, Ronnie, was professional, friendly and could not have been more customer service oriented.

At 5:30 PM this evening on Friday our central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Nail Heating and Cooling and gave the lady my phone number and she said someone would be in contact shortly. In less than 5 minutes later a service guy calls and I explained the problem and gave him our address. He said I'm driving on the road you live on now and I'll be there in less than 10 minutes. Zack was the techs name and he had our unit fixed and running in less than an hour. He had the part that was needed on his truck. It's now 7:35 PM as I'm tying this 2 hours since the unit went out and Zack has left the building. :-) what's the chances of that ever happening on a Friday evening with the temperature in the 90s? They need to give Zack a raise. He's a nice young man that knows his business and didn't try to pressure us into buying anything else. Nice to know there's still honest people around. Thanks Zack us old geezers appreciate the good work.

There was no cost of service. It was included in the contract. I would use them again, and I've recommended clients to them already. It's usually one worker. These are people we know because we've been dealing with them for 10 years or more. They're friendly, punctual, when they come in and do the maintenance, they ask you if anything else is going on. If you tell them if something is going on, they go and take a look at that as well. It has a better feel of a small company, so it's more family oriented than a big corporate entity that do not care. They leave the area clean, and when they come in they put on the little booties so they don't track up the house. They handle my mother's account, sister, and I have a brother that I referred to them. When you talk about heating and air they are our first priority. We've all made recommendations for other people to use.

Great, could not be happier. Called the day before about mid day and they were happy to get someone out first thing in the morning. Tech arrived early was very courteous and professional. Great experience which lead me to purchase a service contract.

Purchased annual service contract (2 inspections; spring and fall). Scheduled service for spring inspection. Technician arrived on time as promised. Inspected both systems thoroughly. Used and quot;bootiesand quot; anytime he was in the house. He did not attempt to sell any other services other than what was scheduled. Conduct while at my residence was professional.

It went very well.

Called the company to give our A/C a service check as we moved into a house that had been vacant for several years, so we knew it hadn't been maintained recently. The technicians showed up when they were supposed to, wore booties over their shoes while in the house, checked the parts inside of the house, then outside. They reported that everything was working properly, though the filter was dirty and they cleaned it for me. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary but did offer a yearly plan for checking the A/C and furnace (which I declined). They were here and gone in about 25 minutes and overall I was very pleased with the service!

It is a wonderful company, and I have used them for about 8 years now. They are extremely reliable and they pretty much come when they say they are going to. Their work people are very clean - they wear little coverlets on their shoes when they come in the house. They’re very honest. I have had opportunities for them to charge me a lot more than they needed to, and they didn’t. Steve Nail, who owns the company, routinely calls back and checks up on the customer satisfaction, which I was real impressed with. They come out twice a year: once during the fall to do a complete check on everything and change the filters on your furnace and then in the summer to recharge your air conditioner. I think it is $70 each time they come out. I’ve not used anybody else in such a long time, and so I don’t know how their price would compare - I just think that they are very good value. I rarely ever have to have them come back and do something over again. I think, in all the time I’ve used them, I may have had them back one time because of a problem. I have recommended them to a lot of my neighbors. I would continue to use them in the future.

We have used him before and he always shows up on time and does quality work. He came out during one of the hottest days in the summer and we didn t wait for more than a day for him to come out.
