Roofing
I HAD THEM PATCH A LEAK IN MY ROOF IN NOVEMBER 2004 WITH ONE YEAR WARRANTY. THE ROOF STARTED LEAKING AGAIN IN AUGUST 2005. THE COMPANY FIRST TRIED TO TELL US THAT WE WEREN'T WARRANTED BECAUSE WE PAID THE ROOFER DIRECTLY, THEN THEY CAME TO RE-PATCH THE ROOF AND SAID WE NEEDED A NEW ROOF. WE NOW HAVE DAMAGE INSIDE THE HOUSE THAT WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED. WE HAD AN ESTIMATOR COME IN JULY 2004, BUT NEVER HEARD BACK AS OF SEPTEMBER, AND WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY TO REPLACE THE ROOF. I STILL HAVE NOT REPAIRED THE INSIDE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE LEAKING ROOF THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WARRANTED.
