Everyone in the process was awesome and Allan our installer did a great job!

Everything went smoothly. The installer was very professional and made sure the job was done and cleanup was done.

“Project manager” named Patrick was hard to contact. He is a poor communicator. Poor scheduling skills. He did not see the project through from start to finish. Not impressed with him. Installer Johnathan and coworker were on project for 3 days. He was late everyday. Install was great.

I had my mom‘s 1960s bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. Five Star did an excellent job with the project. The installer, whose name is Robert High, did a fantastic job making sure everything fit properly and that there were no shortcuts taken. He also did a follow up after the install to adjust the sliding doors and to make sure that everything was completed as it should be, and that there were no problems. He encountered a lot of issues with the demolition phase because of the house being so old, but handled everything in a very professional and responsible manner. We are very happy with the product and the service we received.

My project consisted of having new flooring on stairs and hallway, they came out did the measurements, went over the material for the floor and set a date to come out and they did, the work was done right and quickly, very satisfied will keep number for further use. The whole staff and workers are polite and friendly.

They communicated well and the service was efficient. Multiple people had to come by before the installation (sales person, then measurements person) and the floors and walls were dirty after the installation. However, when we mentioned they dirtied the walls they painted over which was nice. Overall happy with our purchase and would recommend.
