Description of Work: Marvin Brown did an estimate of a remodel for our master bath, described options and gave an estimated schedule and cost breakdown. We liked the information, so we agreed to proceed. JoAnn Brown helped with the overall design and selection of fixtures.She was a great help. The results were great. The bath has been transformed into a beautiful and functional masterpiece. The work was very meticulous down to the last detail. Marvin corrected some errors made by the builder (missing wall studs, floors sagging and not level, walls not square, and plumbing that needed to be re-routed). These improvements made the end results structurally more sound, with all fixtures fitting properly. The floor and wall tile are perfectly chosen and installed with care and precision. The entire project was right on budget. The schedule was only a few days off due to correcting the builder's mistakes. We are so pleased with the results that we are now planning the next room remodel.
