They did an excellent job!!! We were about to go on vacation, and needed someone to come out fairly quickly! James came out with only a couple of hours notice, had it completely fixed in under an hour, and gave us a reasonable and fair price to do the job! We were very, very pleased and we highly recommend him!!!

James and Wendell was exceptional. I had been having a problem with my plumbing backing up for the last 5 years. The plumber I was using before would come out to snake the line about once a year every time the problem occurred but that was not solving my problem. I found Drain-O-Might and they were Punctual, Professional, Polite, Proficient, Thorough, Clean, and very Knowledgeable. They found my problem was being caused by a back flow prevent door. Once they jetted the line of excess toilet paper near the back-flow door I haven't had a problem. They also gave me information on preventing future back-ups.
