Response was expedient, service tech was very nice and professional, he even borrowed my vacuum to clean up after her was finished! Etheridge Electrical was very professional and I highly recommend their work. I needed a dedicated 20circuit installed for a sauna and we had an exterior GFCI outlet that wasn't working (technician discovered the power was arcing and brunt the lines out, so he replace the outlet me corrected the issue).

I used the same company last year for some inside electrical problems. I felt good about making another appointment for service this year. Last time they showed up the day I called. I was told it might take a few days this time but this job was not as important as last year's job so I told them it wasn't an issue. They came out today and had me set up and ready to run in no time. I will continue to use Etheridge for my electrical work, rough or finished as long as the people they hire continue to be professional, courteous, and can do the job to my expectations! Thanks again for the excellent service!

Acted as if our family was the most important business he had (I know he works much larger accounts; yet, he treated us in the same manner.)
Followed up next day and checked again in a week.
Leak came about one of the gauges - he came by, replaced it, without us even knowing he was on the place - quick professional service.

"We responded in a timely manner, gave an estimate that was approved on the spot and then set up the appointment to do the work requested. Once we arrived to perform the approved work the customer did not have the materials she was supposed to furnish for the job. Since we were not able to complete the job as quoted upon arrival we converted the pricing to cost plus and finished to the extent we were able without making another trip. The final cost of the job came out considerably less than was originally quoted. The customer was contacted for billing information at which time she offered no complaints or comments as to the performance of our work. I am sorry (removed member name) was not completely satisfied but am not sure how we could have done anything else without being informed of any failings on our part. On a further note, the technician that performed the work is a long time employee who is known to be very courteous and accommodating. Thank you, Angela Etheridge"

The work was excellent. The worker was efficient. He was very professional. He is polite and friendly. It took about two hours to complete the work I had for him. He called before he showed up. He will call when he can't show up on time.

I was expecting this job to cost me more than $500. I called and they sent someone out same day. After inspection of the problem the diagnosis was simple for them. Easy fix for a big problem. A dishonest company could have charged much more and I would have been none the wiser. I heard by word of mouth this company was one of the best in our area but may charge more than its competitors. From my experience, it seems they are well worth it. They fixed the circuit in an entire room and ran a line for a ceiling fan in another room. The men sent out to my house seemed very professional and courteous. This is a locally owned and operated company. Not one of those nationwide companies that have employees working certain regions.
