They came out and they said there was a piece in the main one that had burnt out and they had to order it and it took a while to come in. I have two system, up and down stairs system. The down stairs system was on but hot so they came to find out why it was hot downstairs and cool upstairs. He said my upstairs system was still working. It took them 9 days to fix it from the time they diagnose the problem. I ended up moving upstairs because the bedroom was downstairs. When he came out to fix it he was very professional and he got it running right away and he stayed until he could feel it running. Both times he was on time.
