I paid three times more than what the job was worth. $535 to replace a vent pipe boot. I was told after the job was complete that they have a $500 minimum, no matter how small the job. In retrospect I should have asked for a written quote prior to work. But I want other people to know to avoid the same mistake.

"This is a VERY unfair review [Member Name Removed]. First, the picture attachment is from Google and not our work but furthermore We came out, inspected the damage and I advised your son (who you directed me to discuss repairs with) that we had a $500 minimum. I then spent several minutes explaining to him a Do It Yourself option that could save him the money, if our price was too much for you guys. His exact words were “I will probably try that”. And not 30 minutes later you text “I spoke with my son, and we would like to proceed with repair” I did not charge you one single dollar up front! I provided detailed pictures of the damage before, and provided you an after picture of work completed before I ever even invoiced you for one cent! The lack of communication between you and your family shouldn’t warrant the several bad reviews You have left me on multiple platforms! I did a professional job, that I will stand behind! I had $300 in labor, $75 in materials, and gas and time for me to come inspect. So after calculating gas coming from Effingham county, for 2 different trucks, we might have profited $50-$60 bucks total not even considering Insurance or overhead. And this is the very reason I informed your son of our $500 minimum in the first place. Once again, our customers input is important to our business, and future consumer protection. But I discussed in detail our pricing and the reasons why before you reached back out to us, to tell us to proceed."
