Had a serious issue with my dryer cord that arced & sparked and he came out the next morning and took care of the issue as well as left to find a piece that was missing and came back after work to fix. He even fixed my dryer plug in that was wobbling around and ran my dryer for a few minutes to make sure everything was ok and not dangerous. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!!!

After I paid $650 he left and when my water pressure was flow, He install the wrong water pressure switch. I need a high water pressure switch. I spoke to Mr. Reid and he said he would give me refund but almost four days I haven't receiving any call.

The chandelier was honestly a pain to install. it has a square base and when it was installed it was skewed because the fixture was skewed; looked bad. He wasn't happy so he unhooked and manipulated it a bit. it looked better and I thought no one will notice. He still wasn't happy so he went out to his van and came back then installed it for the 3rd time. Now it is completely aligned. So, you see, he is a proud professional and smart.

After lightning struck our chimney, Jerry was kind enough to work us into his busy schedule the same day I called, even driving all the way from Wilmington Island to Pooler during a horrible storm. He gave the electrical system a thorough examination, finding and replacing a bad GFCI circuit breaker and damaged outlet. In a situation where an unscrupulous electrician could have taken advantage of us, Reid Electric proved that there are still good people out there. I would not hesitated to call them again.

He thoroughly checked everything and our equipment was not defective. He called the power company for us to get them to our house, since he thinks it's a bleedover from one of their lines. He came the same day I called, even came earlier than expected, worked the whole time (over an hour) to solve the problem, explained electrical things to us, was very professional. Other electricians I called about this problem either didn't return the call or said they were so busy they couldn't come for many weeks.
