HIT the Dust Cleaning Service

I was in search for a last minute housekeeper before the in-laws came. HIT the Dust Cleaning offered their services immediately. They arrived the next day when the services were needed. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They brought all cleaning products but also offered to use mine if I preferred. They even made my beds for me . It took them about 2 and a half hours to clean my 3 bedroom 2 bath home . When they were done they asked me to check everything and I was satisfied. After their cleaning I set them up on a regular monthly schedule.

Jennifer and Jessie were awesome. Got held up in traffic and called to let us know they were going to be a bit late. Showed up and talked with me and my dad to see how big our clean would be. They went right to work. They talked with us while they cleaned. Their cleaning was amazing. Our apt looked like a completely different space when they were finished. Loved them! I now have them coming twice a month! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES! No uniforms, no gimmicks just hard working gals ready to meet your housecleaning needs!

It goes extremely well. It's easy to schedule and if they're going to be late they let me know. They bring their own supplies and are very efficient. I have had many cleaning companies in my time and over time they usually start looking for the short cuts and HIT the Dust doesn't do that! The level of cleaning has been consistent and amazing since day one. She get's my hard to clean, easy to see dust floor cleaner than I ever could. She has never missed an appointment, she is super reliable.

I have been using them since September of 2015 and they are excellent. They do a good job and are thorough. They take direction really well and I don't have to tell them again. They are very professional and I totally trust them when I am not even in the house. I would highly recommend them.

Shirley's crew cleaned my house maybe three times and a rental of mine once. I had never met Shirley, the owner, until today which is my regular day for my primary home. She walked in and said in an aggressive voice, "we need to talk about payment for cleaning your rental." (Not introducing herself or anything.) Yes, I told her, 'I want to pay the balance of what I owe you but due to circumstances, you did not clean the entire unit; only the bathroom and kitchen.' No floors, windows, etc. and I didn't know what the balance was. She said I owed her $20. more than the original quote. I tried to discuss this with her as two reasonable adults. SHE WAS RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, AND REFUSED TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE. SHE WALKED OUT ON TODAY'S JOB, BEFORE EVEN BEGINNING. I would never have a person work in my home that acted this way. She was LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and CERTAINLY DIDN'T TREAT ME LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. BEWARE!!!!

cleaned both upstairs and downstairs. Very good job done. Very happy with their service. Both of them were very professional and courteous, and I found out they even provide military discount.

Easy to reach on the phone.  Showed up as scheduled.  Very friendly and professional people worked in my home and did a thorough job.  I plan on using them again on a regular basis.
