I talked with Chris and he said he would be able to go by the house that same day. He called to let me know what the issue was, that he also checked the rest of the unit while he was there. The problem was resolved and my tenant was satisfied. All of this with same day service. You couldn't ask for anything more.

I liked that he is in Garden City and that is where I live. He gave me the price before he did anything. I liked getting the price before he did the work. There were some communication problems but that was not his fault. He came right on time.

I have renovated a very large property in Savannah and have hired plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, etc. I have never had the level of service that I've had from Burnsed Energy Services. They provide the level of service that you used to get in the old days. They come out when you need them because they are able to prioritize their customers based upon necessity. When I had an immediate need, they came immediately. Their prices are fair and they stick to the quote given even if they run into situations requiring extra work. They are honest, good, hardworking and pleasant to boot.
