We built a new home and the contractor used Morgan for our HVAC system. Once we moved into the new home, we noticed that one of the bedrooms stayed cooler in winter and hotter in summer than the rest of the house. You can walk in the room and immediately tell the difference in temperature. Our house is only 2100 sq ft. We called Morgan and they came out and said they put some sort of booster on the line to make it better. This changed nothing. I called three more times and was told that Mr. Morgan would call me back. He never did. After living in the house for a couple years I had Busby's come out and do a cleaning/maintenance on the system. The tech said he had NEVER seen a system installed like this one and it seemed really messed up to him. I immediately called Morgan and Mr. Morgan came out while the tech from Busby was still servicing the system. He discussed the problem with the tech and then told me to call his office and they would have someone come out and take care of the problem I still had with the one bedroom. I called the office twice and was told Mr. Morgan would call me back, he never has.
In December 2012 (just over 4 yrs after initial installation) we started having problems with the system. The Emergency heat started kicking on often. In January I had to have the entire coil replaced for a cost of $1000 to me. The company I used to do this work asked me who installed that system because they didnt understand why it was installed like that. They saw the Busby's sticker and said they couldn't believe that Busby's would do work that shoddy. They informed me that I'd be lucky to get many more years out of the system. I made sure they knew it wasn't Busby's who did the installation.
I would never use Morgan for any work, ever. I have a 4 yr old house with an HVAC that does not heat and cool my whole house properly, I have had to pay $1000 to fix it, and can only hope I don't have to replace the whole thing soon.

We have used Morgan heating and air since we built our house in 2000. They have provided annual services (twice a year) . This year one of our air conditioners stopped working and of course, we called Morgan first for an estimate. The person gave us a "ballpark figure" and we asked for an exact estimate and they said they would call us back with the exact amount. In the mean time we had several others give us and estimate and we called Morgan two more times as we felt we owed them the chance to match any offer we had. They never returned our calls so we were forced to use a different company. When my wife called today (5 Sep 2012) to set up our annual service she told the person ( Carla) the name of that person, that we had to buy another system earlier this year from a different company. The woman (Carla) then started yelling at my wife and was very unprofessional and rude in her tone. The person from Morgan then stated that "they" did not need us as a customer and terminated our service contract. In all my years I have never had a company act in such a manner. We tried to maintain our loyalty to this company but when you need an air conditioner, you need an air conditioner and we could not wait for them to get back to us with an exact estimate. They did finally call back two weeks after we had the air conditioner replaced.I am not sure what has happened to this company but I would never recommend them to anyone and will never use this company again.
I believe this company was totally unprofessional in this incident. When they treat a loyal customer of over 12 years like this I could only imagine how they would treat any new customers.

The service was pretty good. I won't say it was excellent but it was reasonable. They diagnosed the problems quickly. I felt like they charged a little bit much the last time. The technician actually broke a part when he was repairing my unit. It didn't really show but I think I got charged for two parts because he broke one. I haven't compared their pricing. They came quickly and they resolved the issues quickly. They showed up exactly when they said they would. I would possibly use them again.

They are very good. They came out within a week during their busy season in the summer. The price, quality, and professionalism are great. I would use them again in the future.
