"I have been utilizing the services of Scott's Lawn Care for five years. Scott and his assistant are always prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and detail oriented. Recently Scott's Lawn Care relandscaped my entire backyard, which required killing all of the weeds and grass in my back yard, planting 30+ evergreen shrubs throughout the backyard and covering the entire area with pine needles. The backyard looks beautiful. I live adjacent to a fairway on a golf course. I have received several compliments from golfers passing by my yard complimenting how beautiful it is. In addition, Scott's Lawn Care prunes shrubbery, does weeding, refreshes pine needle coverings in the beds surrounding my house on a regular basis. The services are always performed well. I would highly recommend Scott's Lawn Care for large and small yard projects."

"Easy to work with, timely, and very professional but would have liked more straw to be placed and had to pick up a lot of orange twine used to secure pine straw bales out of my yard. I had to go back and clean up straw bed edges myself and redistribute some of the straw that wasn't evenly placed."

"AWFUL! They charge you for services that they don't render. If you call and complain they send someone out to not do anything and just check off that they did something. I had them for 3 months, full service paying $115 a month. I had water bugs, mosquitoes and everything the entire time was paying them with no improvement. I had to call three times before a technician came out and she verified that none of the order slips left had actually been done because there were ZERO stations left in the attic, yard, or crawl space like had been indicated and I PAID FOR. Then refused to take payment on a visit on sight, then sent someone to pull my stations that had just been put in due to nonpayment. I tried to resolve with them directly as I refused to pay for services not rendered. They still sent me to collections with a Glenn Hamiliton who called and harassed me calling me a child because I would not release my information to him because he wouldn't tell me who or why he was calling. Danielle in the Hornes office then told me "Debt collectors don't have to be nice" after I again was explaining my situation. She proceeded to laugh and disconnect. The entire organization is a scam with zero customer service or quality insurance. Don't waste your money or time with this company."

"Mike Day and Coby arrived as scheduled, performed competently and professionally on bracing our 2 forked pine trees and removing dead and live limbs so more sun could reach our garden. They worked as a team with no wasted motion for the 4 hours they were at our property. Mike was the lead, climbing the 2 forked pine trees which needed cabling and bracing while Coby prepared the hardware required for the bracing. The 3rd pine was Coby's to climb which required pruning. Coby was relatively new and Mike was very helpful in providing advice to Coby on how to rig their ropes to lower the larger limbs (I complimented him on his management skills). Mike was particularly mindful of protecting our Bluebird house from the lowered limbs. On the conclusion of the job, our yard was cleared of all the limbs and our driveway swept of the debris after the limbs were chipped. The one, very small negative, was a garden spot light that was destroyed in the limb lowering process, not enough to reduce this rating at all. We have used Bartlett in the past, and this crews performance is typical, a praise to the company's management."
