Clyde personally answered the phone when I called. He said the computers were not booted up yet and could he call back in a bit to schedule. As promised he did. He was able to move up the scheduled time and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was courteous and professional.

Was very concerned on who to call. Found Clyde and was extremely satisfied with the service he provided me. He came out quickly and found the problem right away. He ordered the new part and within a week I had my oven working again, I definitely will use Clyde again,

Having had other appliance repair company to fail me, I was concerned about getting the oven repaired. Clyde quickly put me at ease! In a matter of minutes he figured out the issue and repaired the oven! He was polite, fair, clean, ON TIME, and reliable. A++++++

We thought we needed something fixed on the dryer. Clyde did some troubleshooting on the dryer and determined that we did not need to waste any money on a new control panel yet. He was able to reset the dryer and it now runs smoothly. Clyde only charged us the $60 service fee, nothing else. And, he said if it ends up causing more trouble in the future, Clyde will apply the $60 that we paid for the service call towards a new control panel. Clyde is professional, was prompt (actually early), has less expensive service fees (more than 50% less) than others who are rated as A's and B's (because I called several), is super nice and very helpful. He genuinely cared and provided tips to us to prevent this same problem from happening in the future.

Augusta Appliance replaced heat sensor in my oven. Before replacing sensor he talked with me about the age of my oven and cautioned me that there was a chance that this would not fix the problem. I called him that night and told him that the problem was not fixed. He came  back to my house and tried to find another part but parts are not being made for my oven anymore. I ended up having  to buy a new oven but felt that Augusta Appliance was very helpful in trying to solve my problem. I will call them again if needed.

I've used him 3 times. Before he came, he said he was busy and he told me 3 things to try which I did try and it didn't do me any good. He told me there was a filter in there and when I opened the filter, I had $7 worth of change in it and a handful of nails but that wasn't the problem. He came out and put some kind of board in it and it worked perfect. He's nice. He has no secretaries or office. IF you call him and leave him a message, he gets right back with you. He knows what he's doing. When I took those doors apart, I would never have gotten them back together.

shwasher.When I contacted Mr. Welch, he was unusually quick to schedule an appointment for the next day to look at my dishwasher, which was stopping in midcycle and would only resume washing if I pushed the door. He and an associate came, he looked at it, fiddled with the door latch, and supposedly repaired it. I used the dishwasher the next day but it did the same thing and was a little worse. I noticed that he left 2 rubber latch-like things in the bottom of the dishwasher. I have called him three times - first time, I left a message with his associate; second time, I spoke with Mr. Welch and since it was Friday, he said it would be Monday before he could get back to me.; third time (today), spoke with Mr. Welch again, and he said he was in the middle of something, would check his appointment book, and get back with he in 30 minutes. He has not and I believe he is being unresponsive on purpose.
While he was at my home on the initial appointment, I asked him to look at my refrigerator ice maker which was jamming - he looked at it and said iI could get a new icemaker but that it was not really necessary and all I needed to do was let it get full with ice, then it would work. I have done this, and it is doing the same thing.
It would be better and more acceptable if he just told me he could not fix my dishwasher rather than me having to chase him down and call repeatedly. Very frustating. I will not use him again and feel he was not honest with me. Additionally, this company was cheaper than others I called - you get what you pay for.

They were good when they came. They had a particular serviceman that we liked and he left the company so we just went with someone else. We had a home warranty. The actual cost was probably more like $400 but we only paid $50. My biggest like about them is the particular serviceman that came out to the house and overall, they were just a good company. That serviceman was a representative of the company so we really like him and that was the reflection of the company that they will put that quality of the person out there. I didn't have any issues since the service was provided. They are a pretty good company. I have no problems with them. I would use them again if I hadn't switched to someone else.

They did respond to my first call and supposedly "fixed" the issue. But when I called back the next day to let them know I was still experiencing the same problem, they never responded to my call. I called a total of 5 times and never got a return call. I will never use them again.

We own a few home rentals. Augusta Appliance is the company we call. Prices are fair.

Under warranty services, they contacted us immediately and scheduled a visit. Unit was repaired within a few hours. Service personnel were very professional.

The repair person was here quickly and explained everything he needed to do. It took a little time to get the repair done because he needed a second person to help with the job, but the price was reasonable and I really liked his honesty.The washer is working well and I would call Augusta Appliance Repair and Service again.

The day he came to work on it, he was very professional and friendly and took everything apart and said it needed a new cylanoid to get the ice to come out the door. He ordered it and came back the next day.
He got everything working okay and tried it several times and it was working until that evening. The ice stopped coming out of the door again. I called him about it and he said he would call the next day. He never did! I called him a couple of more times and he told me he was busy even though I know he wasn't because he had just told someone on the phone that business was very slow.
Even though he said it was under warranty, he never called or came back and never gave me a bill or receipt for services, so will not use again or recommend!

My A/C wasn't blowing cold air, just regular air, so we called this company to have it checked out and fixed. They fixed the problem that day and were very professional. Great service and reasonable price. Recommended.

Every thing went fine, he did want he was suppose to do and he was friendly and personable.
