The job in itself got done very well unlike a lot of roofing companies who only do half the work or just halfway do the job. I was very impressed with the way the time was taken to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner... He was always early NEVER late to start the job as well as very polite and very well mannered. Anyone needing any kind of roofing repairs siding repairs water damage repairs shingle repairs. I would highly recommend using Thaxton Roofing LLC, best roofing company I have hired to do any kind of roof repair work. He was awesome, the whole time he worked and fixed my problems, So thanks again Mr. Thaxton for all your dedication and hard work....

Would rate a zero if it were possible. Rude. Unprofessional and their clean-up consisted of shoving the trash under my house. Completely unacceptable. Update: After several years passed, Mr. Thaxton found my review. He called to apologize, claiming the worker no longer worked for him. He then asked if there were any work related jobs he could do in return for (changing my review). If he knew he had issues with an employee, you'd think he would at least follow up with the customers affected by this employee. I think this is poor business tactics, and I have no interest in giving my trust again. That's the only reason Mr. Thaxton responded online to my review.

"I'm sorry Mrs Lewis, first of all that I just saw this 2 weeks ago & secondly that one of my employees did this. It is definitely not company policy to leave any trash at a jobsite. We pride ourselves in leaving things better than they were before we got there. I immediately called Mrs. Lewis to find out what could I do to make it right , she said she would talk to her husband & left me know if anything could be done to make up for the trash that was left. I haven't heard back. I really wish I would have been called & given the opportunity to correct,the terrible decision Dewayne made ,at the time of the incident."
