Great communication.... crew showed up with appropriate equipment and manpower. Did excellent job on trees and provided a complete clean up, only saw dust left will be gone after yard is mowed. First tree required extensive interior pruning and second tree required overall trimming to reduce size. Overall crew had knowledge and correct equipment to complete job in timely fashion.... lead guy asked if I was happy with everything before they cleaned up and stowed thier equipment. Very pleased...

Tatum Tree Care and Removal Co were very nice and well coordinated. They removed fallen trees from a storm for my mother. They were also very punctual and professional. My mother really enjoyed watching them work.

My first experience with this company was because they were working at a neighbor's yard. I had a very high tree that only needed "topping" and since they were already right next door thought this would be a good time to have it done. I asked for an estimate and the man said $100. I gasped and said: You have got to be kidding. He then said, well how much to you think, and I said $50. He immediately replied, ok, so I think that probably was too high also. I would have thought the $100 would have been ok, if they had not been right next door and had to come out for just my one tree.
Also, when I first saw them, they said my neighbor was having them cut down all her trees between her and us. They used their Bobcat and came on my side to go through and pick up piles that they cut down, which I had no problem with since I thought they would clean up and fix anything they messed up on my side. WRONG. They had ruts in my yard and have a deep gully area that has since washed more dirt out. They are a big company and do not seem to be too concerned with someone if they are not a "somebody". They made a mess at my neighbor's house and mine.
When I needed some trees cut down last year, my husband called a couple of companies for estimate. (I told my husband to not even bother calling Tatum Tree Service) To my surprise, when one of these companies' representatives was supposed to come, Tatum showed up saying he worked with one of the companies that my husband had called. I let him give me an estimate for 3 trees, which he said would be $800. He said that was a real deal since he would have to come in with a bucket truck. This did not include cleaning up. It would have been $1000 to clean up also. I used another company and had 6 trees cut and everything cleaned up for $1100. I would NOT recommend this company - EVER!
