Takle Eye Group

Writing this review after two months of getting my glasses at Tackle Eye group. First they get a star because the Doc I saw at the Locust Grove location was awesome. But the wait was stupid, I was the only one there and it took nearly 30 min to see me. Second the optical center was to lax, I had to wait another 20 to 30 min for the lady to (only one) to finish working with another patient. Last they told me it would be 5 to 7 business days. It took over 10. They did not tell me that the order was placed a day and a half later and they did not inform me that there was an abnormal holiday being taken that Friday. Second I buy semi-premium glasses and lenses. Oakley. I will not buy anything else. I pay a good bit of money for my glasses because I want them to last. This play does not use Oakley to cut their lenses, I was not expecting that, and that would not be a problem except that the lens cutter they use is sloppy, and they cut my lenses two small, they fall out if I move them the wrong way. When I went to get this corrected the lady very sarcastically stated that if they used Oakley the prices would be higher, where as that may be the case, my lenses are covered by insurance and even if they where not I prefer my lenses to fit. She stated that she would have some more cut for me and call me when they would be in. That was 3 weeks ago now. Please save your time, save your frustrations and go some where else. I will not be back.

Everything went fine. I am going back on Friday to make some modifications. I would recommend Dr. Takle to anyone.
