I had some shingles from a roof job previously in our yard and a bunch of brush and trees in the back of the property that needed to be cleared out. He was very professional and was there on time every day till he got the job done. He was able to clear all of it out and get rid of everything that needed to be gone. We will definitely be using him for future projects.

Michael did an excellent job of putting in my driveway. He was very helpful and understanding of exactly what I wanted.

This company quoted me over the phone for two (2) loads of gravels and verbally stated if a 3rd load of gravel was needed I would only pay for labor. I thought this was a great deal. Upon completion of job, which was amateur at best, stated I had to pay for the 3rd load of gravel. When I question his verbal quote he changed his story. I bit the bullet and paid for the 3rd load. If you hire him (I advise not to at all cost), Please ensure you get a written invoice to prevent his malpractice as a business owner. After a few days passed he accused me of cancelling the transaction on my end when it was Square withholding his funds, not me. I provided proof with the posted transaction from Chase. He didn't believe me and threatened to come "tear up my driveway, please don't make me do that" , unless I paid in cash by Friday (one day later). I sincerely hope he learns how to be a professional as a business owner. I wish I never hired him and you should proceed with caution.

Our experience with Michael Webb was absolutely atrocious. He works in bad faith and will harass you with malicious prosecution - even if you pay him in full. Initially, he changed our gravel delivery (and service) to earlier than planned. We obliged despite not being home. After accepting our credit card payment via Square - he followed up days later and demanded cash same day (despite NET30). His reason was because he was operating under his wife?s jewelry company and she couldn?t transfer the money. Then, even after acknowledging we had paid the full amount, he threatened to ?rip apart our driveway? via text, calls, and showing up to our property. We continued to prove we had paid per our agreement. Over the phone he admitted it was the Square app that was the issue but he owed his supplier money and needed cash. We had to file a police report and reported this experience to the proper authorities. We have since paid in full despite his terrible communication and mediocrity.

Courtney stated that the project was still on going but so far communication has been great.

Very professional all the way, I was kept informed on getting the job done on time and the job was completed a day earlier. I would recommend SJWebb Grading LLC to anyone who needs work done asap like I did.

Very quick and responsive! Gave a free estimate and met at a time convenient for us, we got several other quotes and he was very competitive with his pricing! If your looking for fair pricing with quality work as well as a timely manner I would highly recommend!
