PAYTON FLOOR FINISHING

I recently purchased a new home that had all hardwoods on the main level except the Living Room and Master. They were all 3 1/2 inch Red Oak but a darker color than you typically see and a more subdued finish. I found that Farron had done the floors for the original builder so I contacted him. Their price was very reasonable and considerably under the other bid I got. Farron and his team always showed up when they said they would and they worked late and odd hours to meet my timeline. They adjusted on the fly as they needed to meet my needs. I have never met a more down to earth, reliable, and honest contractor. He did an exceptional job of setting expectations properly and he and his team exceeded every expectation he set. They matched the 6 year old floors perfectly - even where they had to blend in mid - room. The floors and the matte finish are gorgeous. Of all the companies I have hired in my past (for anything), these guys are the best and I wish everyone would be as professional and competent as they are.
