National Brake & Muffler Shop

About a week later my granddaughter's car displayed the exact same symptoms - nothing would happen when key is turned on to start the car.  On this occasion she was at her work site in Barnesville, GA.  She contacted National Brake and Muffler in Griffin and told them of her problem.  They promptly dispatched two auto repairmen to her work site. They were able to quickly fix the problem. Her car has worked perfectly since.  I applaud National Brake and Muffler of Griffin, GA, for accepting responsibility for the needed repair and for taking prompt action to resolve the problem.  Also, it is noteworthy that there were no charges for this service. Kudos for going above and beyond - Thank you.

have taken my Honda accord couple 2008 to them for all service needs since I bought the car as there is no Honda dealership any longer in griffin. they are always efficient and fast. very likeable folks. also you can go online and see your service and know what has been done and when service is needed agina

The employees were friendly, professional, and honest. They inspected the brake system, without an appointment, and took the time to thoroughly explain the state of the vehicle's brakes. Although I would have paid for the inspection, there was no charge. Fortunately, I took the vehicle to this shop before forking over the $700-$800 that Pep Boys wanted to replace the brake pads and rotors. National Brake & Muffler advised me that the brakes were fine and actually required no service whatsoever. Several months later, the brakes are still working fine. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness of the folks at this shop. For that reason, I would take my vehicle to National Brake & Muffler, and I highly recommend them.

Took our vehicle in to have the oil changed. We have previously had transmission work done there, as well as air conditioning work done. I would highly recommend them.
