High rates.  This gentleman  has an extremely high testosterone level. He advertises sr. discount and didn't give it to me, When I asked, he said he doesn't offer senior discount.  Needed 2 pair curtains hung which were hanging on the floor needs to be raised 2-3 more inches at least, and 2 valances hung, was asked to hang clothes back in closet and he asked how she wanted shoes arranged and she said by season and he just put them back in there without organizing.  Still things on shelf that need to go in closet .  Some shoes still on rack not in the closet and he started but didnt finish the job, I'm not able to do this myself.  Space saver on back of door, hung 2 of those, did very little.  I needed him to pick up glass top table and sofa for me and he charged $25 for gas and $50 for his handyman assistant and an additional $65 for himself.  Mr. Long kept calling me by my first name and I had asked Mr. Long why did he keep referring to me by first name and he would not stop.  This was disrespectful.
