This company is always very nice and honest. Our freezer (which my grandmother had for years before we got it) broke down. I called the out to look at it. They responded very quickly. We ended up not doing a repair on the freezer because they gentleman told me that with the cost of the repair we would be doing better to buy a new one. Turns out it has a Freon leak and the compressor has gone bad. He explained to me everything that was wrong with the freezer and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with this company because of their honesty and friendliness. As far as appliance repair this is the company I will always call first.
