The service turned out well. They were very reliable. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. I had no problems with them at all.

They came out quickly. I had two babies and it was very hot in the house. The install went well. I did a lot of price checking and they offered the best price by far. Some of the competitors were trying to charge double of the price charged. They are very honest as well.

Every time that I have used them they have always been good. I have used them four or five times in the past and they always do a great job. The price is good and they are very responsive as well.

The owner of the Company made the quote over telephone which was OK because I did a lot of research and knew what I wanted. However, had I not had as much knowledge as I did I probably would not have made this substantial purchase without a face-to-face inspection and quote. I am pleased to report that the overall process went fine and the Company performed to my satisfaction.
The system I replaced was 21 years old and had not had any serious problems. It was a Trane system. Conaway offers Heil equipment as their standard brand. I downgraded the quality rating slightly not because the Heil equipment is not as reliable as Trane but because I could not confirm it's reliability. If you have tried to compare equipment ratings for heating and air conditioning equipment online or at Consumer Report it is not easy. Therefore, I asked a lot of my friends for comments and only one has first hand knowledge about the Heil brand name. His opinion of the equipment is good but his system is only a few years old. Therefore, I am relying heavily on the Conaway assurances that Heil builds reliable, quality products - time will tell.

I called this company and they responded immediately. The service tech drove 90 miles to come out the same day just to provide the estimate. He got the unit running for us that day. He then came back the next day to replace the unit entirely. Their overall courtesy and professionalism was wonderful. Their quality of work was great.

My overall was experience was positive. They were friendly and on time. They were very nice and were not out just to get my money. They were respectful and honest.
