I called and Mr. Bickers came over the next day, he was very clean and laid down dropcloth as to not damage or dirty the floor. He also vacuumed and cleaned before he left leaving minimal dust. He used an electric sander with a vacuum on it that sucked up 90% of all the dust, I usually have allergies but his work was so clean I didn't have to worry about anything after the job was done. He tore out all the bad drywall I had water damage on, he then re-patched and stippled the ceiling. I was a little disappointed he was unable to paint the ceiling the same day because he said he had to wait 24 hours for the stippling to dry.
