 + -1 moreI am highly satisfied with this company and its employees and would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a security system. As person familiar with Quality Control, I knew when the Technicians were installing and testing my system that they were well trained and familiar with what needed to be accomplished. Besides giving us a demonstration of the system operation and gladly answered our questions. He reminded us to read the manual and to be sure to call them if any questions came up. The charges for the equipment and one years service was include in the cost.
Description of Work: Came to my house and evaluated the installed security system. The owner explained the options I had with the system.. As the system was 10 - 15 years old I chose to upgrade it. the Technicians arrived as scheduled after calling to ensure we would be available at the scheduled time. They replaced a very old security key pad panel and control box with new equipment and added a wireless alarm transmitter. The technicians tested all alarmed entry points and all functions of the new equipment. One of the Technicians went over the operation of the new digital key pad box with my wife and me and ensured we were familiar with his instructions.
