Furniture Refinishing
I own a moving service. We have brought Artie items or had him make house calls for about 10 years. He is so concerned his customers are happy. He has been doing this for about 40 years and has a passion for his service. I am so impressed with Artie's incredible service and ability

Furniture Refinishing
Artie called about two weeks after the drop off asking me what I wanted him to do with it. This was after already sending me an estimate for $75. He stated for a guarantee it would be $300-$400. He told me he couldn't guarantee the work at the $75. He said he would get that in the mail to me. He advised me that he didn't want to get in between me and the person that dropped off the frame. He keeps saying that he'll send an estimate and I have yet to receive one. This has gone on for 4 months. I have had the same conversation with him four times now and nothing is getting done. He's not repairing it or doing anything about it. I also have yet to receive an estimate. I have no idea why sending me an estimate for work on my futon would have anything to do with anyone else.
