Responded quickly to my call for service and scheduled a crew onsite for the next morning. Keith and his crew were very professional. Educated me on my system, completed the pump out and repair, and restored my lawn in 3 hours. Gave me tips on how to keep my system healthy. Now that I understand my system, I don't anticipate any more problems, but would definitely call this company again if any arise.

I had originally called another company and they came out and wanted to charge $900 which I knew was too high so I then called A-1 Septic and they responded ASAP with a much better price and was here quickly and did a great job. Keith came out and was awesome.

They arrived late on New Year's Eve because we had an emergency with all the rain. They were respectful and did a great job. It was late, dark and cold but they came and stayed until the job was done. I would recommend them and use them again.
