The owner, Ms. Harding, came out to measure, estimate and INSISTED that the Poly Shutters were what we needed over the wood ones we wanted. In no time, a pair of large shutters began to sag and it was not easy getting her to replace this one pair, but she did after a few months. NOW....BARELY 2 YEARS from installation later we have more shutters sagging, and some COMING COMPLETELY APART and can not even get a return phone call from her in regard to the matter. We have left messages, sent emails, and all to no avail. BE WARNED! They also call themselves KIRK INTERIORS AND BUILDING SUPPLY.
