Home Building
Started out well. Seemed to have a good system. Nice personality. Believable. House ended up taking 3 months longer than he estimated. But the big problem was the cost. Never wrote a single change form or cost increase estimate. But long after we had closed on the property he sent us an additional bill for tens of thousands of dollars. And then took us to court when we fought him on it. Extremely dishonest. Want to save others from having to deal with this kind of headache. We heard after the fact that we were not the first customer of his to go through this scenario. We think that he doubled charged us for work done by his subs at other locations.
